What is a Pre order? 

 When manufactures create new designs and have secured licensing of the designs and rights, they send information to our company offering us to place orders for new items that are not released yet to the public. This information usually include images and pricing that allow us to immediately list the item for sale on our website for our customers to have a chance to reserve a spot to purchase this new Funko designs and collectibles.

 

Why would I want to place a pre order? 

Our distributors often release high demands designs that go out of stock quickly, by placing a preorder it will give you a peace of mind that your item is secure while is out of stock everywhere else. Every preorder is our priority.

My item is released, what is the estimated time I will receive my item? 

If you place a preorder, the item will typically be shipped within 30 to 90 days. This all depends when the vendor ships the items and when we receive them. 

 

 

 

When will my item arrive? 

In stock items are shipped the same day, with the exception of Sunday’s and holidays. preorders take anywhere from 30-90 days.

Please note that we do not ship orders until all preorder items are received. If you would like an in stock item much quicker, please do not order in stock items with preorders. Consequently, if you order preorder items with in stock items, we will only ship order once all items are in stock.

Is there a separate charge for soft protectors? 

No, all 4” Pop!s are shipped with a soft protector free of charge. Magnetic Lid Hard Stacks are available for purchase

What if my item arrives damaged? 

Our items ship in a soft protector and are very well wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure they arrive safely to the destination. Once the courier has the package under their possession, it is out of our control how they handle and deliver the package. However, if for any reason the courier damages the package, exchange exceptions apply. These will be resolved on a case by case basis. Please refer to our return policy.

Can I cancel a preorder item? 

Preorder items can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours. You can ask to have a preorder item cancelled after the 24 hour grace period but there will be a 15% Cancellation fee since the order is already confirmed with our vendors after 24 hours. 

 

Can I pay later when the item releases? 

All preorders are charged at the time of purchase in order to secure your item.
